If the product doesn’t deliver, does not perform, or doesn’t work, you can request a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can test in the demo account for 14 days after purchase, and if the robot is not profitable, you can request a refund from the company.
Using the robot in the real account shows your satisfaction with the robot or indicator and after activating the real account, no money will be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must contact us via the email address to which the order was delivered.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, It will take 5 to 7 business days for your deposit to be returned.
